RAISE YOUR VIBRATION TO ATTRACT EVERYTHING THAT YOU DESIRE
The entire universe is created of energy. You. Me. The couch/bed you are reading this on. Every organ in your body. The plants, the animals and everything in between.
The Law of Attraction works in a way where your own personal energy or vibration matches the energy of other things and beings and manifests it into your reality. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions all align and contribute to the world around us.
However, many of us are not living our best lives right now. We seem to not live up to our potential and struggle to become the best versions of ourselves. You might know that you can live more, do more, and definitely be happier but there is an internal battle to change your reality and attract everything you desire. Therefore, if you want to attract amazing levels of abundance into your life, you must tune into a higher vibration.
Joy, happiness, and love all fall on the higher end of the vibrational scale and since most of us want more of those things, we have to raise our vibration to match that. So, here are few of my go-to favorite techniques and simple ways to raise your vibration NOW. If you do these regularly, not only will your mindset transform but you will attract faster and easier than ever before. The health, wealth, love and abundance you crave, will all be yours.
1. Gratitude
Gratitude is my favorite-st emotion of all emotions in the universe. And the magical part about this emotion is that scientifically, it has been proven that when you are feeling grateful and thankful, you absolutely cannot feel any other emotion.
Remember, you can’t attract what you want into your life if you aren’t grateful for what you currently have. The Universe won’t think you’re deserving or ready for those things yet. So, make sure you’re expressing gratitude for the things in your life on a daily basis.
2. Move your Body
The moment you move, workout or even jump around your body releases happy hormones. When you feel stuck in your head, turn some high-energy music on and as the saying goes, dance like no one is watching. This is a fantastic way to feel good about yourself, and when you feel good, you raise your energy and vibration and attract even more ‘awesome’ into your life.
3. Power Pose
The power pose is the easiest, fastest way to instill confidence within you, reduce anxiety, and make you feel good. And the most amazing part is that it takes only 1 minute of combining your affirmations with this pose to change your entire mindset.
The most well–known and versatile high-power pose is nicknamed “The Wonder Woman” pose. You simply stand tall with your chest out and your hands on your hips. The images above show powerful women like Christine Lagarde and Beyonce in classic “Wonder Woman” pose.
Just to be clear: despite the nickname and the photos, the impact of these poses is just as relevant to men as it is to women.
4. De-clutter
One of the best ways to get out of your own head is to clear the clutter from your physical world. Start organizing your cupboards and drawers. Go through all the stuff that you have collected and sort through them, making a pile of things that you would like to give to a worthy cause. By getting rid of the old, you are making space for the new and exciting things coming your way.
When everything is in order, you’re going to feel lighter. You’re going to feel refreshed. And this tells the Universe that you’ve made space for all those exciting things to finally manifest into your life. It’s just one of the ways you can take action to raise your vibration.
5. Meditate
Meditation is one my favorite ways to stop and smell the roses, literally. There are so many different ways one can meditate. The simplest way is to sit up straight, close your eyes for around 5-7 minutes and just breathe deeply…. expanding your stomach and breathe out through your mouth…letting go of everything that is holding you down. This helps you relax and connect with the universe within you. Cherish and enjoy the revelations and inspired thoughts that you receive during your quiet reflective time.
6. Journal regularly
Writing is so amazingly powerful because when you write you are pouring all your subconscious thoughts out (that have been regurgitating in your brain) and moving to your pre-frontal cortex. Instead of focusing on your problems, journal about how grateful you feel. Or how you see your life unfolding (eg – Scripting) or just breaking down your emotions.
I’ve been keeping a gratitude journal since the start of 2016 and it’s been amazing. All I do is take a few minutes before going to bed and I jot down 3-5 things I’m grateful for from that day. It’s a simple opportunity to reflect on the day and even the smallest wins I experienced. If you start any kind of journal, I highly suggest making gratitude journaling part of your daily routine, whether it’s done in the morning or night.
