I believe that consistency is a key to overcome a lot of problems in our lives.

Consistency means to take action. Action isn’t just about doing something every day, rather, it’s about making something a part of your lifestyle. When you consistently align your actions with your desires, you are in alignment with your mind, body, and soul

I know this can be tricky to navigate as consistency takes a lot of work, but it’s necessary for shifting your life. It has really changed mine for the better.

You and the Subconscious Mind

Many people don’t know that between the ages of 2 and 12, most of the key observations and the meaning we associate with them get locked in our minds. Traumatic memories can get embedded in our minds and carry on in our adulthood. If you leave them unrecognized and don’t continue to develop as a person, those limiting beliefs will eventually stay with you!

The good news is you are a manifestor! You have the power to rewrite your brain with consistency.

Here are 5 tips that you can use to practice consistent manifestation:

  1. Watch Your Words

    Our words carry weight. Negative words can weigh you down, and positive words can lift you up.Avoid negative language such as:
    “I can’t.”
    “It’s impossible.”
    “I don’t know.”

    Instead, use positive affirmations.
    “I am so happy to be loved.”
    “I get paid well.”
    “Everything always works in my favor.”
    “I am so grateful for the positive relationships in my life.”

    Say positive and empowering statements out loud so that your subconscious will take note of them.

  2. Alter Your Environment 

    Throughout your life, you spend time in several environments. These environments can either support your intentions and goals or take you away from them. That is why it is important that you surround yourself with people and things that align with your values. Get rid of things that you don’t need anymore. Make your personal space homely and friendly.Have only positive, inspirational, and empowering notes and images around you.

  3. Monitor How You FeelIt is important to listen to people, however, if there are certain people in your life who only call you to complain and are not interested in taking any advice at all, try to steer away from them. Yes, life can be tough but every time you meet or talk to these people, and they are complaining about their jobs, relationships, or money problems, it will affect your subconscious mind and as a result, manifest into your everyday life.

    Trust your feelings when you are around different people. Surround yourself with the ones that add value to your life.

  4. Monitor What You HearWords have the power to influence our moods, feelings, and behaviors. If you listen to music that is violent and disempowering, it can affect you negatively. For example, a few years ago I used to listen to a band that I really liked. For three weeks I was listening to their music, singing along to their lyrics. However, after three weeks, I started feeling worthless. Everything in my life was going well but this unexplainable sadness kept looming over me. I realized that this negativity was due to the songs I had been listening to. Most of the lyrics were about getting dumped or overcoming being dumped. Those words affected me subconsciously and contributed to my lower emotional state.

    Monitor the type of words you are listening to. Listen to frequency music, crystal singing bowls, and hypnosis to raise your vibration and manifest at a high frequency.

  5. Watch What You EatNeurotransmitters are chemicals in our brain that pass messages from our cells to our brain through electrical impulses. These chemicals directly affect our productivity, concentration, memory, and creativity. Three of these chemicals – dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin – are released after we eat certain foods.

    Foods that contain MSG, high fructose corn syrup, high fat, and sugar can block your neuro pathways in the brain and consequently block the production of new ones. As a result, you feel tired, anxious, and sluggish.

These 5 points can be a great start for you to practicing consistent manifestation in your life. Incorporate them into your daily routine and watch your life transform for the better!
